Transformation is challenging

It is easier with a guide
in your corner.

I am a transformation architect. My life has always revolved around change. Throughout my career, I have been learning with some great people and practicing with some great companies. I have absorbed and practiced strategic change management. First, business process reengineering, organizational design, corporate training, communications, organizational change management, and corporate strategy at Accenture. I got my MBA at INSEAD, and then I practiced business development, planning, and company valuations at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

My first CEO job was a business turnaround for East African Movies. I studied human-centered adult education from Angela Youdale and human-centered leadership from Peter Takats and Lauri Salonen. We have developed strategic alignment-driven change program management, layered events at the Round Table Consulting, and One Team Development. Shirzad Chamine taught me positive intelligence for coaches. I practice meditation, mindfulness, and compassion.

I came to America to research, learn, develop, and run large-scale, efficient strategic change methods. In the Bay Area, I worked in big data operations at Apple, sales and sales operations at AppBuddy, and practiced change management again at PG&E. I joined Slalom to deliver agile change at major technology companies and finally became a founding member of First Republic Bank's Adoption User Experience team.

I bring all of these when I 'consult' or none of these when I 'coach' - learn and listen to what YOU want to do. Because that is the only thing that I care about. In the last 20 years, while raising five kids, we moved across continents five times (Africa - Europe - America - Europe - America). It took time and effort on my end to adopt my own changes.

Work is an expression of my love. My work has unity, fearlessness, compassion, and many uplifting, selfless, impeccable, artistic things. That is what I am after. Because why not?

That is other people's dream. I do not dream of any of that anymore.
It's your turn. Let's make your life amazing!
